Returns
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To begin the process, please contact us at customerservice@renewedmindsetllc.com with your order details and reason for the return. We'll provide further instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or design, we’re happy to assist. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
